Foreclosures in Summit County
Our newspaper loves to paint a bleak picture for Real Estate,,,,check out today's top story...we
do have many foreclosures but homes are selling and mortgage rates are
still good. Buyers are looking and buying! Our area is better off than
some in the country...one town in California has a 98% foreclosure rate
but our economic outlook is terrific! Our unemployment rate is
down.....
If you or someone you know is having trouble making
their mortgage payments, ask for help do not be embarrassed (everyone
has a tough time at some point in their lives). Call me....I can try to
help ( I do more than just sell homes)! Many mortgage companies will
work with you through hard times....you just have to ask before you get
too far behind. Most of them own so many homes now that they really do
not want to foreclose on more. When I started in this business the
saying was 'Buying a home was the biggest investment in you life'.
